1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ReachPulse's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

• Content creation and strategy

• SEO and digital optimization
• Brand development and consulting

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

ReachPulse retains ownership of all methodologies, processes, and proprietary tools. Client content and deliverables created specifically for the client remain the client's property upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReachPulse's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of contract or non-payment.

9. Changes to Terms

ReachPulse reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website notification.
